We want you to be 100% satisfied with your products because we care about your business. If you are not satisfied with an item, please follow the instructions below for your return.
1. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: To ensure accurate credit, contact us for a return authorization form and the correct return shipping address. Orders are shipped to and from our warehouse and must have a return authorization form to ensure credit.
2. Once you receive the return authorization form:
Fill out this form completely and place it in the carton with the product(s) you want to return within 21 days of purchase. Only unused items with unbroken seals and packaging may be returned. Products that have been custom printed, specially cut or assembled are not returnable. Health regulations prohibit the return of hats, tiaras or any apparel that has been worn.

*Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund on all returns even if free shipping is stated. Shipping charges are UPS standard shipping.
3. WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE EXCHANGES – If you have the wrong size, you must re-order your item in the correct size and return the wrong size for a refund.
4. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us for a return authorization form and we will work with you in sending out the correct item or refunding your purchase when the item is returned.
